As announced in the Ovi Blog today, Nokia N900 users can now try out the beta release of Ovi Store with a collection of hand-picked content, including apps developed specifically for Maemo 5.

To take it for a spin, you'll need to get the latest software update (1.2009.44-1). Touch the blinking icon in the status area of your Nokia N900 to begin the download.
